Flute Competition 2023

2023 International Flute Competition Junior Division $500 in Prizes

Division 1 & 2 Repertoire: Two contrasting pieces totaling 5 minutes (can run a little over but the judges will only listen to up to 5 minutes)

1) Division One: Age 11 and under (by September 1st, 2023), $100 Prize

2) Division Two: Age 12, 13, 14 (by September 1st, 2023) $150 Prize

Division 3 Repertoire: Two contrasting pieces totaling 10 minutes (can run a little over but the judges will only listen to up to 10 minutes)

3) Division Three: Age 15, 16, 17 (by September 1st, 2023) $250 Prize

All winners will have the option to perform in San Francisco at FBTS 2023.

FEES

A) Registration Fee:  $10

B) SF Flute Society 2023 Membership Fee: $45 

BOTH fees must be paid in order to be considered a contestant.

Deadline:  April 1, 2023

Results Announced: May 1, 2023

The Judges:  Elisabet Franch, Elzbieta Wolenska, Adam Eccelston, Brice Smith

Each contestant will get written notes from the judges.

2nd Place: $300 and a chance to perform in SF Bay Area at FBTS 2023

3rd Place a chance to perform in SF Bay Area at FBTS 2023
